Membership Series
Here at Viewpoint we value Membership! Membership is an invitation to become part of our church family. It allows us to know you more deeply and for you to know us more deeply as well. We believe that God desires for us to become a spiritual family. Families are committed to one another, love one another, encourage one another and grow together. Our church is based on the belief that God desires us to become more and more like Christ. This is a developmental and transformational process. At Viewpoint Church, we begin the growth process by committing our lives to Christ and then to one another in a local church.
To do this, we offer a series of three classes that will introduce you to who we are and what we believe (INTRODUCTION 101), officially invite you to become a member of Viewpoint Church (MEMBERSHIP 201) and ultimately invite you to grow in maturity to Christ through leadership (SERVING 301).
What Viewpoint is all about: 101 - Learn about who we are, our vision, values, meet the staff, ask questions and have lunch together.
What is a Member: 201 - What is a member and how become an official member of our church, and learn about your spiritual gifts and how you are created to fit into the church body.
What does Serving at Viewpoint look like: 301 - Learn about your personal leadership strengths and see what ministry opportunities are within our church and our community.
Our hope is that each attendee of Viewpoint Church will complete our three-class series, get involved, and join a community group! We offer these classes throughout the year and they run from 11:45 am - 2:00 pm right after Sunday service with lunch provided! RSVP below!
